iTOLDuSO Productions LLC will be attending the Wendy's Wedding Expo in Sharonville as a wedding videography and photography vendor. Dates will be January 3rd and 4th of 2026. Times: Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm (with half hour breaks at 2:30pm). We are looking for assistance at our booth for the following contracted positions below. Dress code is business wear attire. CLICK HERE for examples of acceptable clothing styles. We will choose teams by end of business day on December 30th. There will be a mandatory virtual meeting on December 31 (or you can choose January 1). Time to be decided by both parties availability. Unpaid time: Mandatory meeting and breaks at expo.

Event Lead Concierge (Temporary/Contract)

We’re seeking a friendly, professional Event Lead Concierge to assist at a 2-day wedding expo. Responsibilities include greeting couples, assisting with QR-code sign-ups for free consultations, answering basic questions, and helping manage booth flow. No sales required.

Event Camera Operator (Temporary/Contract)
Pay: $20–$30/hr (DOE)
Description:
Seeking a camera operator to assist with a cinematic video recording at a 2-day wedding expo. You’ll operate a camera and gimbal to capture short, 15-second clips of couples using a provided shot script. No editing required. You do not need your own professional equipment, however a fully charged cell phone will be needed to capture behind the screen photos and videos. Demo of your work may be required on the application.
